Procedure
In Ukraine, you can exchange or return goods using the "Nova Poshta" courier service. Delivery in this case is paid by the customer.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return or exchange the item(s). In case of return or exchange, goods must remain in its original state with tags on and be in the same package as received.
We will refund or exchange in 3 weeks after we receive the returned items. Shipping cost at your expense.

Taxes paid are not refundable.
Please note that items delivered outside Ukraine cannot be exchanged or returned.
