Delivery in Ukraine
The order is placed after full payment on the kyivcapitals.shop website. Delivery in Ukraine is free and is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service. The order is dispatched within 3 working days from the moment of payment of the order. The delivery time is 1-3 working days from the moment of dispatch. Orders are processed daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
After sending the order, the customer receives a waybill number for tracking his parcel to the email or phone number specified when placing the order.
Delivery worldwide
International shipments are carried out by "Ukrposhta EMS" and "Nova Poshta" services.
The choice of the carrier company may be changed in view of the situation in Ukraine and the availability of certain delivery directions.
The delivery time depends on the destination country and can be from 2 to 4 weeks. Shipment information and tracking numbers are sent to the customer's e-mail address specified in the order. If you have not received information about the delivery of your order, please contact our manager by writing a letter with the order number to shop@kyivcapitals.com.
Due to russian military aggression, we do not ship orders to russia and belarus.
Upon arrival at the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes of the destination country. Please read in detail the rules of customs clearance and the cost of customs payments to your destination country before placing an order. In turn, we cannot predict or be responsible for additional or customs payments.
Payment
